Well good morning from beautiful Lexington KY. I am having fun at Lexington Christian School's Spiritual Emphasis week and senior retreat. I spoke three time yesterday and will do the same today. I have enjoyed the setting except getting lost last night on the way back to the Motel. I really think that the direction deal is interesting you know. When folks say it is no trouble to do this it usually means that they make the trip often and have no trouble. They are not aware that you have never made it and you can get lost very easily..
       The Christian faith can be like that. We assume because we have been here before they will find it easy to get where we are. Wrong! As we share Jesus in this world that we now live in; we need to make sure that we explain all the twist and turns. Make them aware that there are those along the way who are not good models and they tell them to draw near to the Lord ... He alone is the source of deliverance and He alone is the model. Remind them all the time it is not about rules and religion but about a personal relationship with

Be able to explain your faith not in complicated words but in simplicity tell the Jesus story... lest you leave them wandering around for hours... I know I have done it before... Join me again on Friday
