Let Us Never Forget
This Is "WHAT
" happened

Luke 2:10-11...
"And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord."
=BUT= Let Us Remember
This Is "WHY" it happened

John 3:16...
"For God so loved the World,(That's You and Me), that He Gave, His only begotton Son, that whosoever, (That is Us Again), believeth in Him should not parish but have Everlasting Life. (That IS the GIFT)

Luke 2:10-11 says "And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord."

I Love Christmas. The more mature I get, notice I did not say, 'The Older I get', I find that I get more Joy in Giving.
But I do still like receiving as well. That is what keeps Ken Smith Ministries reaching out so that we can give to others.

100% of the gifts that are given during the Hanukkah Season or the Christmas Season will one day just disappear.

But the GREATEST gift we will ever receive, is the GIFT that our Heavenly Father gave us 2,000 years ago.

The Gift Of Eternal Life.

“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:21 NIV)

We At Ken Smith Ministries Are So Thankful That God Allows Us to Fulfill This In The Lives We Are Able To Touch

2 Corinthians 9:11
You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

Donnelle and I are Sharing "What's Next"

“I simply argue that the cross should be raised at the center of the marketplace as well as on the steeple of the church. I am recovering the claim that Jesus was not crucified in a cathedral between two candles, but on a cross between two thieves; on the town’s garbage heap; at a crossroad so cosmopolitan that they had to write His title in Hebrew and Latin and Greek … at the kind of place where cynics talk smut, and thieves curse, and soldiers gamble. Because that is where He died. And that is what He died for. And that is what He died about. That is where churchmen ought to be and what churchmen ought to be about.” – George Macleod

" The Book by my friend Dan Britton is called One Word recommends you chose a word to be the guide for this year. I have chosen "focus." I am going to "focus" on knowing the Lord. I am going to focus on what matters in life. I am going to "focus" on serving others. I am going to "focus" on sharing the gospel in my world. My verse is Matthew 6:33 "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Will you join me this year and shape your life by "Focus"

Ken Smith's Ministries exist to encourage Christians in their journeys and to tell the story of Jesus in an exciting way! For over 20 years now Ken has proclaimed a living Christ in conferences, rallies and in youth camps and mens events. Still at it; Ken's desire is that every person he encounters will know Christ and be on a journey of faith that makes them a "living" Bible - a minister in their market place.

Ministry update for December 2016.

"...Good news of great joy"is the way the angels put it to some shepherds near Bethlehem. It is true you know, the reality of the coming of Jesus is that in the middle of all the bad news you know, a baby was born as promised, to bring hope for that day and our day.
My guess that if you are reading this, and thought about it long enough, you would think about bad news that you are dealing with today. Maybe it is minor, like you did not win a game as a coach or didn't get a promotion you deserved. Maybe it is major, like a medical test result, or treatment you are going through for cancer. Maybe the loss of a loved one this year leaves you alone and sad.
Good news is needed and the birth of that baby needs to come fresh to you. With His birth comes hope... beyond hope in every situation, His love is just for you. He loved the world so much, he came! God in the flesh because of His love.
Whatever you hear this Christmas... hear Jesus. Heave to bring you hope and salvation and that is good news! Merry Christmas! Ken and Donnelle

Donnelle and I with the whole Ken Ministry team
Wish you a Blessed and Joyful Christmas.

"Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Do not banish me from your presence, and don't take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me again the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. "  Psalm 51:10-12 (NLT)
